In general, Cosmil ("we", "us", or "our"), avoids collecting user data if it is not necessary for the services we provide. The data we collect is only shared with Service Providers, or in very rare circumstances, with government authorities or other third parties if required by law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of ourselves or others.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage data and learn more about how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to determine which pages were visited, how long such pages were visited, and the order these pages were visited. The information generated by your use of the site will be sent and stored by Google. According to Google's privacy policy, Google will use this information to track your use of our website, and to create reports on website activity for us to monitor.

Purchase Information

When you purchase a product through our website, we collect and store

• Date and Time of Purchase
• Email Address
• License Key

We store this information to verify that you are the license owner and to determine what updates you should receive. For example, we store your email address so that if you lose your license key you can verify your ownership through your email.
We store personal information related to your purchase indefinitely, unless you request that we delete it. You can request modification or deletion of your personal information by sending us an email at Reveal.

Other personal information is collected during purchase by Stripe, our payment processor. We can retrieve but DO NOT STORE the following information:

• Credit/Debit Card Expiration
• Last Four Digits of Credit/Debit Card
• Credit/Debit Card Issuer
• Zip Code or Full Address
• Payment Time and Date

Information collected by Stripe is subject to their privacy policy.

Support Interactions

When processing support requests, we collect the following data:

• Email Address, Discord Username or Twitter Handle
• All contents of the interactions between us, including any text, media or diagnostic information sent to us

Data NOT Collected

Application Usage Analytics

We DO NOT collect ANY information on how you use Cosmil.

Data Processed and Shown by the Application

This information is NEVER transmitted from your computer. We DO NOT collect NOR HAVE ACCESS to ANY information regarding your files, their contents, any remote servers you might connect to, or any other private information the application may process or display. We CANNOT and DO NOT share this information with third parties.

Third Party Services We Use

Our payment processor is Stripe.
We use Google Analytics to monitor activity on our website.
We use Resend to send transactional emails.

Your Rights

• You have the right to obtain a copy of personal information stored by us.
• You have the right to request corrections or removal of personal data stored by us.
